Grown in the rocky, mineral-rich soils of France's Muscadet region, this is a wonderfully pure expression of the grape that skips the oak and butter in favor of freshness, energy, and terroir. Bone dry, super crisp, and loaded with chalky minerality, citrus, green apple, and just a hint of saline character, it finishes long, clean, and refreshing.
If you love the steely, mineral-driven style of Chablis, you'll feel right at home here. In fact, this drinks every bit as good as many entry-level Chablis, but at a fraction of the price. Pair it with oysters, grilled shrimp, fresh goat cheese, or simply enjoy a cold glass on a warm afternoon.
